The registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, programme and abstract book, certificates of attendance, congress bags, name badges, coffee break and lunch services in the Conference venue.
It is required to submit the online registration form and send a copy of the bank transfer receipt or the credit card authorization form to K2 Conference and Event Management Co. in order to have your registration confirmed. Registration applications submitted only by the online registration form, bank transfer receipt or credit card authorization form will not be confirmed and will be placed on a waiting list.

Please note that without receiving your credit card authorization form, we can not charge your payment and confirm your registration and/or accommodation requests. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy for Registration :
• Registration payments less the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received by
by K2 Conference and Event Management Co. before or on March 1, 2012.
• For cancellations received between March 1 – April 30, 2012, full refund less a 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
• Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations made after May 1, 2012.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation :
• Accommodation payments less the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received
by K2 Conference and Event Management Co. before or on March 1, 2012.
• For cancellations received between March 1 – April 30, 2012, full payment less one night room rate will be refunded.
• Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations made after May 1, 2012.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
